Responsible Sourcing
While Standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 assess the system regardless of the specific product being produced, Redland is working toward a more comprehensive set of policies and procedures to demonstrate that Redland products are sustainably produced using materials that are responsibly sourced.
In this section information is provided to assist assessors in the process of confirming third party certification of Redland's commitment to the principle of responsible sourcing and chain of custody for its products. As well as working with the Environment Agency to help protect and improve the environment, Redland operates a policy and management system covering energy efficiency, waste minimisation, water efficiency and pollution reduction.
