Spirtech 250 is a high quality, four layer, vapour permeable underlay for use in pitched roofs. Manufactured from spun bonded polypropylene it is strong and durable yet lightweight and easy to install.
Spirtech 250 performs all the functions of a standard underlay and in addition its high vapour permeability allows water vapour to escape from the roof space thereby preventing a dangerous build-up of condensation.
