Social Responsibility

Sustainable Social Responsibility
MONIER has defined a few clear rules on how we as a company behave internally and externally from a moral and ethical standpoint. These guidelines reflect our responsibility for the well-being of our employees as well as our social responsibility in the communities and societies where we operate. For decades MONIER and its employees have committed to contributing to economic and social progress through healthy competition and strictly complying with local laws and standards. Employees
We have set a few, well-communicated rules as a prerequisite to ensure efficiency and fairness in an organisation like ours. Read more about this in our HR Rules by clicking below.
Corporate Governance & Citizenship
MONIER's Corporate Governance principles are defined in our Code of Business Conduct, which defines how our company is operated and controlled. Each employee is obliged to follow these rules in order to satisfy our customers, suppliers, shareholders and their colleagues, complying with legal and regulatory requirements and meeting environmental needs. Fairness, integrity, openness, responsibility and accountability are the underlying values of how our business is conducted.
