| 2007 | Lafarge sells Lafarge Roofing to PAI Partners, maintaining a 35% stake in the business. |
| 2008 | Lafarge Roofing becomes Monier Ltd. 2008 sees the return of the respected Redland Brand in the UK. Fully integrated and guaranteed Solar Water Heating System launched. |

| 2010 | Redland Cambrian Slate 'Design-a-Roof' Competition to celebrate products' 25th birthday. Second Generation Solar PV Tiles launched. |
